David Paul Havins

As a managing partner and founder of the firm, David Havins has been a practicing attorney for 24 years and has extensive litigation and business experience in representing thousands of clients with complex legal issues and factual scenarios.

He developed creative strategies from his life experiences in athletics, academics and in business, applying leadership talents in his legal practice and in the community.

Havins focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, wrongful death, a immigration, civil litigation and general business litigation.

A native Texan, Havins is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
